Eyde wants to have access to her notes and to be able to switch tabs. That is why she is not doing it full screen. That said, you should be able to make her screen fill your monitor

Is the purpose of using VidGrid instead of Zoom to allow mainly for asynchronous lesson delivery? Or is it so we are not overloading zoom for large class sizes?
Manda Williamson
58:02
Yes- zoom creates massive files if you record—and they are already backlogged.
Manda Williamson

Our recordings from yesterday still haven’t posted.
Manda Williamson

Note-vidgrid is also backlogged-so, maybe for us, plan what we intend to say (if we plan to narrate powerpoint slides) and actually execute the recordings later in the evening. If you already have vidgrid recordings, don’t change them.

Could you share the google slide with me please?

If you have other existing MP4s you can upload those to VidGrid

With Zoom, we have some faculty using their personal meeting link (like you showed) and others using scheduled meetings (where they get a different link per meeting). Which method would you recommend for folks who are just getting a handle on Zoom?
Hector

Thank you!
